(1) The Government of Nepal, if deemed appropriate or necessary, may constitute a committee to execute any development plan or development work as specified in the same order through a notified order.

(2) Every notified order under sub-section (1) shall prescribe the work duties of the committee and other related matters may also be regulated. 3) The committee will consist of persons appointed by the Government of Nepal and the committee will be known by the name specified in the order when it was formed.
